Door to Door Inspections

Effective 1^st August 2018 the Zambia Revenue     Authority through its agents Sherwood Greene have commenced door to door Inspections in Lusaka and all Copperbelt towns in order to collect proof of payment for Withholding Tax on Rent due to ZRA.

You are hereby reminded that Withholding Tax on rent for August 2018 is now due. Please have your receipts ready for inspection to show our Inspectors as they visit your property.

Once a property is inspected, a green sticker will be placed on the gate to show that the property is compliant.

All payments MUST be made directly to ZRA and both ZRA and Sherwood Greene will not be held responsible for any payments made to any other persons or institution.
