Notice to All Tenants
Did you know that
payment of withholding tax on rent does not warrant an increment in rentals. For example for a monthly rent of K1,000 withhold a K100 , pay ZRA and then submit your receipt with a K900 to your landlord which equals a total of K1000, they is no change on total rent.
