The 2014 annual valuation conference/workshop was held at the New Ambassador Hotel in Zimbabwe, Harare from the 20th to the 23rd of November 2014. Mr Musonda, Mr Ngosa, Mr Chari and all members of the valuation team attended the workshop. Each person who attended had a special topic to present to the team.
The purpose of the valuation conference was to basically to improve the valuation sector of Sherwood Green, therefore, from the presentations made, resolutions to improve sector were proposed and adopted. After the presentations and discussions, Mr Chari took the team for a tour around Zimbabwe in order to give the team a view of property on the Zimbabwean side, this tour helped the team to outsource ideas which have since been used to improve the valuation sector of Sherwood Greene.
